BS Writing Advice: Adverbs Are the Enemy (October 19, 2012)
This post begins another sporadic blogging series which I have affectionately dubbed "BS Writing Advice." I believe the title explains itself. But for the purposes of establishing a mission statement and sticking to it, I will declare that I intend to write about the ubiquitous Pro Tips for writers which are, in my humble opinion, bullshit. Weekend Randomness (September 9, 2012)
This is what happens when I take Sweetie make-up shopping and let him pick out my nail polish: Or with a cat accessory: And this is what happens when I give Sweetie our old foam mattress topper and tell him to do whatever he wants with it: She hasn't moved since yesterday. More »
The Nefarious Blurb (July 31, 2012)
Back in elementary school, catalogs were a thing of wonder. I carefully examined every one that arrived in the mail, though I could rarely have any of the products in them...with the exception of the Scholastic catalog. More »
